Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During holidays, launches, and special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available providers. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and contents.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Grace & Ground Scoops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
